3 Nutrition Strategies for Fat Loss

JVH Team,

 

If you do these 3 things, you'll lose fat:

1 | Drink more water. Don't overthink it, just do it. I swear it will help. NO soda, NO flavored juice water, NO bs, just WATER.

 

2 | Consume fat to lose fat. Omega 3's that is. Walnuts, olive oil, avocado, most fish contain omega 3 fats, which will help reduce inflammation, lower triglyceride levels (blood sugar levels), and improve your metabolism. 

3 | Limit sugar. Again it's really simple, don't overthink it. Just consume less sugar. You can easily avoid sugar by not drinking juice, eating junk food and avoiding the middle aisles in the grocery store.  Hint - all the produce and REAL food is located around the perimeter of your grocery store.  Most of the aisles consist of sugary, boxed food with GMO's.

Make small changes that become permanent.
