Ever been stuck in a rut? 

Experience setbacks or failures? 

Set goals and miss them by a mile? 

Chances are you answered yes to at least one of these...

Instead of harping on the negativity take a step back, consider why and how you're failing, and accept full responsibility.  You'll realize that it's pretty easy to recognize what's holding you back.  Most of the time people aren't honest with themselves about the commitment they make achieve their goals.  DON'T BE THAT PERSON.

The guy/girl that aspires to gain 10lbs. of muscle or lose 20lbs. of fat, but misses their workout every Thursday night because they go to happy hour after work...

The athlete that wants to earn all state honors, but makes excuses about their effort in practice...

The business owner, Coach, Leader that blames his/her employees/athletes for not living up to the standard they set...

It's time to make a change!  If you fear change you'll be stuck in that rut forever.

Make a sincere decision to own your life.  

No excuses.

No scapegoats.

Nobody but YOU can make that decision.

Know what your vision is.  Write it down, own it and work toward it every day.

Understand your strengths and thrive on them.

Accept your weaknesses and improve them.  

Surround yourself with people that will help you get closer to your vision.  

Cut out any negativity you have in your life.

When you fail, learn from it, move on and have a short memory.
