It's been a few weeks since I last wrote to you. This is prob the longest hiatus from writing I've taken since starting this newsletter in 2012. For good reason though...
The gym is PUMPING as it always is during the summer months. The energy is through the roof and we updated our systems and even added a 5th day of training. The programming allows for flexibility based on each individuals goals. Stay up to date on training by following our new instagram page HERE.
Prepping for the Coaches Mastermind I'm hosting with fellow gym owner Joey Szatmary is just about finished up. Our members are locked in and we couldn't be more fired up about this opportunity! Details HERE.
I've put some tasks on hold to focus more on Coaching and being in the gym with all our athletes. Coaching and training is and always will be my true passion. The more time I devote to it, the more balanced my life becomes.
Like most families do this time of year, I've been spending as much time as possible having fun with my wife, daughter and pup. We love the outdoors and being active, which is why we take advantage of every opportunity to soak up the sun ;)
If you've been following my journey and you routinely read this newsletter chances are you attack training and life like I do. When we take that all-in approach sometimes we get so caught up in what we're doing or what we're chasing that we forget to shut down and recharge. Silencing the noise as Coach Sully Jr. said in a recent post helps us achieve our goals. Don't forget to silence the grind here and there and spend time doing the things you love with the people you love. In the long run, your focus and drive will improve with those timeouts. Not trying to get too deep on you, just sharing my experience ;)
