Nesquick chocolate milk has been proven to be the best alternative to a post workout meal/protein shake. The balance of carbs/fat/protein is closest to what is necessary for most people.
*Note - alternative, I'm definitely not advising that you do this all the time haha
So, if you're on the go and forgot your protein powder or meal prepped food, grab a Nesquick chocolate milk. It's definitely better to do that rather than skipping a post workout meal.
