Why Chocolate Milk?

Aside from the intense, funny debates we have in the gym our weekly votes on junk food might provide some value for your training results.


Nesquick chocolate milk has been proven to be the best alternative to a post workout meal/protein shake.  The balance of carbs/fat/protein is closest to what is necessary for most people.  


*Note - alternative, I'm definitely not advising that you do this all the time haha




So, if you're on the go and forgot your protein powder or meal prepped food, grab a Nesquick chocolate milk.  It's definitely better to do that rather than skipping a post workout meal.  




Tuesday- no change

Wednesday- 8,9am...Open Gym 2-7pm

Thursday- CLOSED

Friday- 10:30am-12pm Turkey Trot...3-7pm Open Gym

Saturday- 8,9,10am
