If you answered yes to any of these, you need to know how to add lean muscle with your training.
Here are 3 simple ways to do that;
1. High rep, high volume training. Here's your shot to throw down some bodybuilding isolation training like curls, shrugs, tricep extensions, shoulder raises and or bodyweight training.
2. Drop sets, after strength work. Still train heavy with low reps of 6 or less, but add 1 or 2 back off sets after your last working set. Typically you'll take off about 30% of your last set and rep out at least 8-12.
3. Eat more fat- healthy fats that is such as olive oil. Not only are unsaturated fats dense in calories, but they help bodily functions that support muscle growth.
