Our OLY Program is an all out weightlifting program that focuses on improving strength and technique of the traditional lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk. If you love Olympic weightlifting or maybe you want to improve your strength and technique specifically in that area, this program will be invaluable to you. To facilitate increases in strength, weight lifted and technique you will also spend a lot of time under the bar squatting, pressing and improving asymmetries in order to ensure proper movement mechanics. Weightlifters also tend to be the most flexible athletes and that’s no mistake. The Olympic weightlifting program includes individualized flexibility, mobility and recovery methods so that you can perform your best on the platform.
