My coaching philosophy is to give those that make the effort an opportunity to become a better version of themselves. Everyone in the gym should strive to be 1% better each day. The goal is to become the hardest worker in the room and in a gym full of those trying to achieve the same thing won't make it an easy one. Can you handle the road ahead? Training Style:

Since I first grabbed a weight in 8th grade when I was introduced to strength training I strived to be the strongest I can. It started with the typical football team powerlifting then transitioned into more of a bodybuilding style. After learning how to be open to new training techniques I began to grow in and out of the gym. My style now is power building which consists of bodybuilding exercises as accessory work for my main powerlifting lifts. Since joining the JVH team I've been learning Olympic Weightlifting techniques to expand my training knowledge.
